Hi, and welcome to 'The Film Blog'. My name is Geoff, I'm 22 and Australian and have a number of terrible opinions on movies that I'm going to shove down the throat of anyone unfortunate enough to somehow stumble here.
Just to fill out this post, I think I'll list of some of my favourite movies:
- The Godfathers (1 and 2, but 3 wasn't as bad asmost people say)
- Mad Max (its amazing how the movie sold such a story with virtually zero dialogue, amazing movie)
- Slap Shot (I don't know how I found this movie, it's a movie about violence in 70s Ice Hockey, one of the funnist movies I've ever soon)
- Batman Begins (Superhero movies can be really hit and miss, but the gritty realism of Begins blew my away, not to mention that Batman is far cooler than most other superheroes. Plus ninjas!!)
- The Tranformers Movie (the original cartoon, what can I say, I'm a child of the 80s.)
Hopefully a couple of people will be back to read this again, once I have more than 1 rubbish post up of course.

Slap Shot is a cool Paul Newman film with a killer duo on the ice known as the Hanson Brothers. Its a great sports film that comment on the inner machinations of temptation and demand.
